Dr. Abimbola Adewumi is an experienced UK-trained family physician, fully licensed to practise in Canada, known for her warm, holistic, and patient-centred approach to care. With a career grounded in compassion and excellence, she is dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every stage of life. Dr. Adewumi provides comprehensive family medicine, with expertise spanning women’s health, pediatrics, elder care, and palliative care. She believes deeply in building trusting relationships, taking the time to truly listen, and ensuring every patient feels understood, supported, and empowered in their health journey. Her practice is anchored in preventative medicine, early detection, and personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centred care and believes in treating every patient with dignity, empathy, and respect. Dr. Malik is known for her approachable nature and commitment to fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized focus on each individual's unique healthcare needs. Dr. Rokzanna Basi,

Family Physician | Starting in November
Dr. Rokzanna Basi is a family physician with international medical training and strong roots in British Columbia. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of British Columbia before earning her medical degree from St George’s, University of London. She then completed her residency in Family Medicine with West Virginia University Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident of a 24-resident program. Having trained on both sides of the Atlantic, Dr. Basi is very happy to be returning home to British Columbia and looks forward to caring for individuals and families in the South Surrey and White Rock community. Dr. Basi provides comprehensive family medicine for patients at every stage of life, from newborns and children to adults and seniors. Her training in both hospital and community-based settings has given her broad experience caring for everyday health concerns, acute illnesses, and complex chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and COPD. She has particular interests in preventive care and screening, women’s health and prenatal care, chronic disease management, and mental health. She also provides a range of office-based procedures, including Pap tests, skin lesion removal, and joint injections. For Dr. Basi, family medicine is about more than treating an illness or addressing a single concern. She values getting to know her patients over time and building relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication. She takes the time to listen, explain medical information clearly, and make sure her patients feel comfortable asking questions and participating in decisions about their health. Her approach to care is collaborative and evidence-based. She believes that every patient brings their own experiences, priorities, and goals to their healthcare, and she works together with patients to develop practical care plans that fit their individual needs and lives. Dr. Basi is excited to build long-term relationships with her patients and to become part of the South Surrey and White Rock community she will serve. Outside the clinic, Dr. Basi enjoys reading, spending time at Crescent Beach, and exploring the local restaurant scene.
Kristina Cortel

Kristina Cortel is an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager who plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic. She oversees daily administrative functions, supports clinical staff, and helps maintain a welcoming and organized environment for patients. With strong leadership and organizational skills, Kristina focuses on streamlining processes, maintaining high standards of patient service, and fostering effective communication within the team. Her professional approach and attention to detail contribute to both operational excellence and a positive patient experience. Kristina is committed to continuous improvement and takes pride in supporting a practice that delivers quality care with efficiency and compassion.
Tanveer Kaur

Tanveer Kaur is a recent graduate in Biological Sciences from Simon Fraser University. She has a strong interest in the natural world and is currently exploring opportunities that combine science with real-world impact. In her free time, Tanveer enjoys hiking, which allows her to reconnect with nature and find inspiration from the ecosystems she studied. Whether she is analyzing data or engaging in other activities, she approaches all her pursuits with curiosity and creativity.
Dr. Stella Okezie,

Dr. Stella Okezie MBBS. MRCGP, CCFP PGDip Derm . Family Physician | Aesthetic Medicine Provider. Dr. Okezie is a UK-trained Family Physician with a special interest in dermatology. She holds dual certifications from the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). She also holds a distinction in postgraduate diploma in dermatology from the Queen Mary University in London and has also undergone advanced training in delivering cosmetic procedures. With extensive experience in comprehensive family medicine, she provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients across all stages of life. Her clinical expertise spans the full breadth of primary care, including chronic disease management, women’s health, pediatric care, preventive medicine, and urgent care. She is known for her warm bedside manner, patient-centred approach, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Dedicated, professional, and deeply passionate about medicine, Dr. Okezie strives to deliver exceptional care and create lasting, trusting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Atilola Adeleke is a highly experienced, UK-trained Family Physician dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centred, and evidence-based healthcare. Fully licensed to practise in Canada, he is committed to building trusted relationships with patients and empowering individuals and families to achieve their best possible health. Dr. Adeleke provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, with clinical interests in chronic disease management, healthy aging and geriatric medicine, infectious diseases, paediatrics, dermatology, and preventive care. He believes that every patient deserves to be listened to with empathy and respect, taking the time to understand each person's unique health needs, lifestyle, and goals before developing individualized treatment plans. With extensive clinical experience across Africa, Europe, and North America, Dr. Adeleke brings a broad global perspective to family medicine. His diverse background, combined with humanitarian work alongside organizations such as the Technical AIDS Corps Nigeria and the World Bank in Sierra Leone, has strengthened his ability to provide culturally sensitive, inclusive, and high-quality care to patients from all walks of life. A strong advocate for patient education and shared decision-making, Dr. Adeleke believes that informed patients are empowered patients. He encourages open communication and collaborative care, ensuring patients feel confident, supported, and actively involved in managing their health. His passion for health promotion has also been demonstrated through his work as a public health radio host, helping communities better understand important health issues. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Adeleke is an accomplished researcher, award-winning physician, and Educational Supervisor with a passion for mentoring future healthcare professionals and advancing excellence in family medicine. Above all, Dr. Adeleke is committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare throughout every stage of life. His goal is to help patients not only manage illness but also achieve long-term wellness, improve their quality of life, and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. Outside of medicine, Dr. Adeleke enjoys hiking, cycling, gardening, and spending quality time outdoors with his family.
Dr. Joseph Onah

With medical training and professional experience in General Practice in the United Kingdom, Dr. Onah brings a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and patient-centred healthcare to individuals and families of all ages. His approach to family medicine emphasizes preventive healthcare, continuity of care, early intervention, and the development of long-term, trusting relationships with his patients. Allysia demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency in handling sensitive medical information. Kimberly Henderson

Kimberly Henderson is a dedicated and highly organized Medical Office Assistant with over five years of experience supporting healthcare professionals and managing administrative operations in fast-paced clinical environments. She brings a strong combination of administrative expertise, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery. With experience at Peace Arch Hospital, Kimberly has developed extensive skills in electronic medical records (EMR) management, appointment coordination, medical billing, patient registration, and clinical administrative support. She is proficient in healthcare management systems, including OSCAR, Meditech, and AVA Connect, enabling her to support efficient clinic workflows, accurate documentation, and seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Kimberly is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment where patients feel respected, comfortable, and valued. She understands the importance of confidentiality, effective communication, and compassionate service in delivering a positive patient experience. With training in Medical Office Administration from Vancouver Community College and CPR/First Aid certifications, Kimberly is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and continually enhancing her knowledge of healthcare administration and emerging medical technologies. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kimberly enjoys participating in community health initiatives and contributing to activities that promote health and well-being.
